Downstairs: Large open plan living room (TV, DVD, sofa, stove) Dining area (with expanding table & seating for up to 8) French doors opening to decking and back garden Oak wood flooring throughout  Kitchen - New units, dishwasher, cooker, fridge, microwave.  Power shower & toilet Utility area (washing machine & tumble drier) Hallway with open stairway leading to:    Upstairs: Double bedroom with small balcony (distant sea views of St Brides Bay)  Two Children's bedrooms, both with bunkbeds (adult sized beds) Bathroom (bath & toilet)

• Instant hot water and central heating.

• Large garage for surfboards, wetsuits, bikes etc etc.
• (also chest freezer for fish fingers from Tesco and freshly caught mackeral from the sea..)
• Large lawned garden both at the front and back.
• Decking with outdoor table and chairs.

       

• Stair gates at the bottom and top of the stairs.
• Travel cot.
• High chair.
• Secure wooden sliding gate at the main entrance to the property.

• Sorry no pets (except guide dogs).

• The house is strictly no smoking.

• The driveway runs to the side of the property (with room for more than one car if necessary)
• Parking right next to the main door for easy loading/unloading.

• Guests need to take their own bed linen (sheets, pillow cases and quilt covers) and towels.  There are pillows and quilts at the property.

• There is no telephone at the property but it is possible to get a mobile signal when there.

• Changeover day is Saturday.  Guests are kindly asked to leave by 10 a.m. and to arrive after 3.00pm.
