Musselwick Sands
Musselwick is a beautiful beach and the closest to the house. It is only accessible, however, when the tide is out. The best time to go to there is about 2 hours before low tide. This will allow you to clamber down over the rocks and turn left onto the lovely expanse of the beach. The trick is to keep an eye on where you came down from the rocks onto the sand. Once the tide starts lapping the rocks on its way in again, it is time to leave the beach!
Another good time to pay a visit to Musslewick is in a storm at high tide when the waves are crashing onto the rocks
Martin’s Haven
At the end of the road and where to catch the boat to Skomer. A rocky beach (no sand) popular with divers.
Albion Beach

This is the beach at the far end of Marloes between the cliff edge and Gateholm Island. It is only accessible at low tide and a difficult scramble to get down to.
West Dale Bay

A lovely beach along the coast to the south of Marloes. A popular beach for surfers as it tends to get bigger waves.
St Brides

Sheltered pleasant beach with easy access. Excellent for diving and canoeing with great rock-pools for the children.
Watick Beach
This is a lovely little beach on the Dale Peninsular. It is accessible by foot (either via the coastal path or from a small parking area above the bay) or by boat from Dale. It is a "hidden gem" and a favoured day-trip for yachts and other boats.
Little Haven, Setlands & Broad Haven

Little Haven is a very pleasant place to visit both during the day and in the evenings. At low tide it is possible to walk round the headland to Setlands Beach which is very beautiful. Broad Haven is the largest of the 3 beaches and is accessible at high tide. It is a large expanse of sand with interesting rock pools at its northern end. It is very popular with families.
Druidston Haven
This beach is to the north of Broad Haven. It is a beautiful beach popular with horse riders who ride along the sands from the stables near to Nolton Haven.
Newgale
Newgale is a wide beach with sand and shingle. It is more exposed than the other beaches and popular with surfers looking for bigger waves.
Whitesands Bay
This is the main beach to the West of Saint Davids. It is a busy beach and is very popular with surfers.
